Important Custom-Order Policy

Every design is created from the photographs and information submitted with your order. Please review all names, numbers, dates, colors, and other details carefully before submitting.

Your purchase includes one revision, not a complete redesign. A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the original concept, such as correcting submitted information or making a minor visual change. It does not include replacing all photos, changing to another design style, requesting a completely different layout, or starting over with a new concept.

Because this is a personalized service and each item is made specifically for the customer, custom orders are final and nonrefundable once design work begins. KOCI will correct verified production defects or printing errors caused by us.
